Money issues
Took my time for breakfast, then I picked a sunny spot at the pool (remind you: it still is winter, here!) When we arrived yesterday, the screen on the bus said -4*C. Feels like, there is more than 15*C difference between shadow and the sun spots.

Done with homework by lunchtime. Thus, I started to roam the area. Tomorrow morning, I have to be at the train station at 6AM. Three blocks away, the lady in the app said. 3 blocks of 50m, 100m, 500m? Seemed, it was less than 5 minutes to walk. Good to know. 3 blocks of night clubs and restaurants, by the way.
The city center was in the opposite direction. Off, I went. Trying to find an ATM. Even I had set my pinpasses at “world”, here in Argentina it’s a challenge. I only could find a very few ATM, which accepted international (credit)cards. With the most Argentinian banks, the daily limit for debit cards is set to 20.000 pesos (about €15, with €7-10 transaction costs). Santander was one of the exceptions, the limit here was 200.000 pesos, with about the same costs. It’s a journey!
Strayed through all kind of townships, neighbourhoods, boulevards, parks. Tried some local food. Salta gave me a better vibe than Cordoba, I admit. Five hours of city walk gave me quite a good impression, I think.
At the busstation I bought my ticket to San Pedro (Chile), which I couldn’t by online. Seemed, I had choosen the wrong day. I wanted to go on Monday or Tuesday. The only bus was on Wednesday. If I had known… My newly optained cash went straight to the two extra nights I needed in the hotel. I have to start over to prepare for the next days and Chile, cash-wise.
