The university at Viçosa
And again: waking up with the sounds of the Atlantic Rainforest. And the dogs of the neigbours. Felipe and the children already got to school. From the ecovillage here at the edge of the town, it is still an half hour drive to the city. After breakfast I took a first walk through community property (quite an area!). The community bought the pastures about 20 years ago and started to replant the forest, some food plots and created a water restoring system along the hill. Thus, this part is quite young and still needs a long way to real recovery; it is a start.

Back at the house, I put my nose in the books, again. After lunch, we picked up our conversations about Dragon Dreaming, our projects, dreams and plans. And there was the suggestion to give a Doughnut Ecnomics workshop at the university, here in Viçosa. Wow!

Later in the afternoon, Felipe showed me the campus, told me about projects and his work there. In his office, we talked through some examples of karrabirrdts and how it works well (or not).
Back home: family life. When everybidy went to sleep, I crapped a book, again.
